Please order repeat prescriptions by one of the following methods (in order of preference):

1) By placing your counterfoil marked with your requirements in the repeat prescriptions box in Reception.

2) By posting your counterfoil marked with your requirements to the surgery with a stamped addressed envelope for us to post the prescription back to you.

3) By faxing your requirements to us on (01749) 836651.

4) By telephoning our repeat prescription line on (01749) 836655. The prescription line is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 12.00pm and 2:00pm until 4:00pm. It is closed at all other times and at weekends.

5) You can now order on-line. Please visit the on-line section of this website.

Prescriptions requested will be available for collection two working days after placing your order.

Prescriptions requested on Friday will be available on Tuesday.

Please note that the telephone service is only available via the special prescription line number (01749) 836655, not the main surgery number. Please ensure you give us the name and the strength of the medication you require along with the dosage. These details are shown on your prescription counterfoil.

Prescriptions can be collected by the local chemists where patients have made previous arrangements. Please contact your chemist for further details.

Repeat prescriptions are generated by computer with a side slip for you to keep, listing your medication. Please reserve this for ordering your repeat prescription a few days before you need further supplies.

When you need a repeat of your medication, tick or circle the items needed, and post it through the box in Reception at the Medical Centre, or post, or fax, it to the surgery on (01749) 836651.

The prescription line is open Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 12:00pm or 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

If there are any unusual requests, please explain these fully on the form, to avoid any delays.

There are blank prescription request forms held at reception for completion, for any other prescription requests.
